Top Down / Bottom Up

Learning about the vagus nerve has been very helpful in transformation. I appreciate this graphic I found on Instagram. Learning to pay attention to our body is embedded within the IJ process. The first part of attunement "I can see you..." integrates God compassionately seeing our physical sensations. These sensations are the 80% that the vagus nerve communicates from the body to the brain. (See pages 36+37 from Joyful Journey: Listening To Immanuel).

We seek to offer free resources, trainings along with our offerings that require an investment of time and resources.

What would you like to see us offer next?

UPCOMING in our next email.

We have run 3 cohorts of Life Transforming Connections (aka, 77-Day Training) and the fruit has been sweet and beautiful. These 1st 3 cohorts were for couples only. In our next cohort we are opening it up to anyone who wants to join. Couples, one partner and single people in a relationship or not in a relationship. All are welcome because the material we are training people in is applicable to everyone.

For a sneak peak check it out here.

If you are in a season that feels unclear or stretching, this will meet you there. Watch here This video was originally...

Dear friends, Every November, we talk about gratitude. But for many of us, Thanksgiving becomes another thing to do—another performance of positivity, another attempt to prove we’re thankful, another effort to make sure we don’t miss a blessing. What if gratitude isn’t something you have to manufacture? What if it’s what naturally rises when you slow down enough to feel grace—the quiet experience of being held and delighted in by God? This 5-7 day journey is not about forced thankfulness.It’s...

God's love is what holds us all together. We can learn to operate in this realm in each moment. Grief is a natural part of lifeAnd, an invitation to abide in Christ Deep Connection with God Dear friends of Presence + Practice, this season invites us to bring our grief into God's presence. We believe grief is not simply a burden—but a spiritual companion shaping our formation. My story of my dad's passing On May 5, 2025 my father passed away after his cancer diagnosis. The grief started with...
